Our client, one of Canada's largest banks is hiring a Compensation Specialist for their downtown location.
The mandate of the Sales Compensation team is to ensure accurate and timely variable compensation for the sales teams they support in Personal and Commercial (P&C) Canada.
The Junior Analyst is responsible for processing FP compensation (every 4 weeks), assist with compensation related inquiries and investigations and assist with testing of implemented changes where compensation process is impacted.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Process Improvement
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Generate ideas and identify business improvement opportunities
• Accountable for designing and implementing the required changes
• Compensation
• Responsible for the processing FP compensation (every 4 weeks)
• Assist with compensation related inquiries and investigations
• Assist with testing of implemented changes where compensation process is impacted

Work for Canada's oldest bank
7 month contract

• Demonstrates solid expertise of banking business with broad-located expertise of investments
• Broad expertise of Bank products, services, organization and Banking Group interrelationships
• MS Excel - advanced formulas, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and manipulation of large data files from various sources
• MS Access - Database structures, VBA, forms etc.
• Demonstrates advanced writing and documentation expertise
• Possesses problem-solving and analytical expertise

• SQL - creating SQL statements via AQT (Advanced Query Tool), MS Access etc. to extract data from various databases and build reports
