Office Admin and Sales Representative for Merry Maids of Regina
Job Brief
We are seeking for an outgoing, reliable Office Administrator and Sales Representative for Merry Maids.
The tasks of the administrator include scheduling, filing, and providing adequate support for the rest of the staff. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, self-motivated, and calm under pressure.
The office administrator keeps each day running smoothly, keeps in contact with the staff and with the clients and works with little supervision.
As well, the sales representative side includes scheduling and completing in-home consultations, making sales over the phone and maintaining positive business relationships.

Responsibilities include:
Scheduling each day
Managing phone calls and correspondence
Creating and maintaining updated records of clients and staff
Making house-calls
Analyzing market potential, tracking sales and status reports
Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Assisting colleagues wherever necessary to ensure the smooth flow of the work environment

General Requirements:
Proven practice as an office administrator, office adjunct, sales representative or significant function
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent time-management, organizational and leadership abilities expertise

Car and valid drivers license
