As a Customer Service Agents, you must be dedicated to providing a fun atmosphere, timely service, and ensuring our guests have a memorable gaming practice.  We are seeking for individuals who are friendly and outgoing, who enjoy interacting with groups of people of all ages, who can think quickly on their feet and possess strong problem solving expertise.

-Be proactive in preparing for and meeting the needs of our guests parties to ensure a positive practice.
-Greet customers and provide a friendly, warm and welcoming environment.
-Register guests and take payments in a quick and accurate manner.
-Provide assistance for customers playing console, PC and virtual reality games.
-Coordinate multi-player games, run tournaments, troubleshoot console & PC issues, etc.
-Make suggestions for drink and food, using salesmanship to increase sales.
-Maintain the general cleanliness of the store by, among other tasks, cleaning food debris and drink spills.
-Maintain a thorough working expertise of our P.O.S. and numerous gaming systems.
-Promote The Matrix Gaming Centre and the entertainment options of the venue.
-Follow service guidelines in highly distracting circumstances.
-Be proactive in offering assistance to guests who need it and remain with guests, when needed, until problems are solved.
