We are seeking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Montreal to work with a well-known and reputable company in the insurance industry.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday (no weekends)
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (full time, rotational shifts)

Hourly rate: $19.74 per hour 

Listing description
- Call centre environment, taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding clients online insurance and benefits accounts, claims, company services and policies. 
- Provide expertiseable assistance to clients over the phone and up sell additional company service- Provide first call resolution to clients.  
- Create a warm, and pleasant practice for clients
- Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs

Start Date:
Monday April 13th, 2020

Qualifications
The prosperous applicant would have:

- Strong verbal and written English/French communication expertise
- Previous Customer Service practice
- capability to navigate web applications, computer/tech savvy- capability to work in a face-paced environment, be adaptable, and multitask. 
- prosperous completion of a criminal background check if hired (processed internally)
